Nous proposons un je\u00fbne du type \u00ab\u00a0Buchinger\u00a0\u00bb : tisanes le matin, de l&rsquo;eau avec un peu de jus de fruit pendant la marche, et un bouillon de l\u00e9gumes filtr\u00e9 le soir. De cette mani\u00e8re, tout danger d&rsquo;hypoglyc\u00e9mie ou d&rsquo;hypovitaminose est \u00e9cart\u00e9 et les sels min\u00e9raux perdus par la transpiration sont remplac\u00e9s. Cet apport minimal permet une \u00e9limination maximale par l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique : on \u00e9limine en se d\u00e9pensant, et le danger d\u2019une fonte musculaire est \u00e9cart\u00e9 : l\u2019organisme est oblig\u00e9 d\u2019utiliser en priorit\u00e9 les r\u00e9serves de graisse &#8230;<\/p>\n\t<h2>\u00a0Le je\u00fbne aux jus verts<\/h2>\nconsiste en la prise de jus de l\u00e9gumes frais qui fournissent un grand nombre de nutriments et la force vitale des plantes et des herbes vertes au corps.<br \/>\nFaire une cure au jus vert d&rsquo;une semaine, est un excellent moyen de faire un grand nettoyage.<br \/>\nUne cure au jus vert va apporter \u00e0 l&rsquo;organisme vitamines, min\u00e9raux ,enzymes, oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments tout ce dont notre corps \u00e0 d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9ment besoin \u00e0 notre \u00e9poque. Tous les matins vers 9H30, nous nous retrouvons \u00e0 la maison autour du jus d&rsquo;herbe de bl\u00e9, du jus de citron, du jus de l\u00e9gumes, du Kamboucha et nous passons \u00e0 la mini conf\u00e9rence du matin sur des th\u00e8mes vari\u00e9s concernant le je\u00fbne et l&rsquo;alimentation vivante (la germination, la d\u00e9shydratation, les plantations et la r\u00e9colte&#8230;)<\/p>\n<h2>Une journ\u00e9e bien remplie<\/h2>\n<p>De 10H30 \u00e0 11H00, une s\u00e9ance de gymnastique ou Qi-Gong ou trampoline (pour la circulation lymphatique) est propos\u00e9e. 11H00 d\u00e9part pour la randonn\u00e9e o\u00f9 selon le lieu du stage, nous sillonnerons les chemins des canaux du Tournaisis.<\/p>\n<p>Vers 15H00 : retour pour le repos, la lecture, le sauna, les soins propos\u00e9s&#8230; Vers 18H00, nous nous retrouvons autour du jus et du bouillon pour les activit\u00e9s du soir (conf\u00e9rences sur diff\u00e9rents th\u00e8mes : l&rsquo; hydroth\u00e9rapie du colon, le je\u00fbne et les mono-di\u00e8tes, les aliments haute vitalit\u00e9, la d\u00e9tox, le coaching, la motivation, la reprise alimentaire, les cours de cuisine, les principes de l&rsquo;alimentation vivante.
